ORDERING & Payments
- We'll first discuss with you in great details the design you want and its specifications - pattern, fabric, colour, embroidery, delivery time etc.
- On approval of the design by you we will quote you our price of making it.
- Once you confirm the price we will send you an order invoice.
- You must pay 50% of the invoice amount as an advance payment for us to commence the making process. During the making process we are happy to show pictures/video of those aspects of your garment which you're extremely particular about (e.g. embroidery).
- Remaining 50% of the due amount will have to be paid once your order is fully complete. We will send you pictures of the finished garment. Upon receiving the balance due amount we will ship your order to your doorstep and share the tracking details with you.
Shipping & RETURNS
- We ship worldwide FREE OF COST. Delivery will be at your doorstep. Shipping time to any destination around the world usually takes about 3-6 working days.
- We do only express shipping using reliable services such as DHL/FedEx/TNT. We will update you with a tracking number immediately after shipping your order.
- Since all our products are bespoke and made to measure we do not accept returns. We'd like to inform you that every product we craft undergoes a very careful process of making which attends to minutest of quality details to ensure a defect-free product.
